Billing Specialist, Muntinlupa

Job Summary

* Responsible for organizing, maintaining, and filing accounting and treasury-related documents. This role ensures that all financial records are properly documented, accessible, and filed within the required timeline to support accounting operations and audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable (AP)

• File RFP (Request for Payment) to APV (Accounts Payable Voucher) for all companies, including current and backlog documents.
• File APV and CV (Check Voucher) transmitted by Treasury twice a week.
• Ensure filing of RFP with APV is completed within three (3) days upon receipt of documents.
• Process document pull-out and scanning requests from all departments.
• Handle document retrieval for audit purposes.
• Ensure pull-out requests for current year documents are processed within the day.

General Accounting (GA)

• Perform weekly filing of DCCR.
• File
• DCCR summaries submitted by Treasury, including attachments such as
• deposit slips, passbooks, and manual official receipts (submitted twice a
• week).

• Fresh graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Accounting, or any related course.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Basic understanding of accounting and treasury documents (RFP, APV, CV, DCCR, OR, etc.).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word).
• Willing to perform clerical, filing, and documentation tasks.
