BPO Operations Manager for HR & Accounting Accounts, Muntinlupa

Key Responsibilities

Manage and mentor the operations team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture through regular training and performance evaluations.
Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance operational effectiveness and proactively resolve process bottlenecks.
Oversee the allocation of manpower, hardware, software, and office space to ensure uninterrupted business continuity.
Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess operational health and interface with stakeholders regarding Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Coordinate with procurement, inventory, and warehouse departments while maintaining strong relationships with external vendors.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelors/College Degree in any field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Service Delivery Management within a PEO (Professional Employer Organization) setting.
Proven history as an Operations Manager, ideally with experience handling insurance accounts.
Strong background in strategic planning and implementing company-wide initiatives.
Deep understanding of operations management software, inventory systems, and procurement platforms.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to manage high-pressure deadlines.
