HR Manager/Supervisor, Muntinlupa

The Human Resource Manager is responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws. Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience

- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.

- Masters degree or HR certifications

- Experience managing HR operations across multiple departments or business units.
