Job Requirements
Education: Senior High School (SHS) Graduate or High School Graduate (Old Curriculum).
Experience: At least 1 year of generic BPO experience (any Line of Business) in a voice-based role.
Skills:
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, data entry).
- Ability to handle high-stress situations with empathy and professionalism.
Availability: Must be able to work the Night Shift and report Onsite
Onboarding: Possession of complete government statutory numbers (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, and TIN) is preferred for faster processing.
Job Description (Key Responsibilities)
As a Customer Service Representative for the Insurance Account, your primary goal is to provide frontline support to policyholders:
- Policy Inquiries: Answer questions regarding insurance products, coverage terms, and policy exclusions.
- Billing & Payments: Process premium payments, handle billing discrepancies, and assist with account adjustments.
- Claims Support: Assist customers in initiating claims and providing status updates on existing cases.
- Data Management: Accurately document every customer interaction and update policyholder records in the companys CRM system.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve straightforward customer issues and escalate complex cases to senior staff or specialized departments when necessary.
