Marketing Associate, Muntinlupa

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Digital Marketing & Social Media Management
• Create and schedule content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Develop promotional campaigns for leagues, tournaments, memberships, coaching clinics, and events.
• Monitor engagement, respond to inquiries, and manage online community interactions.
• Coordinate photo/video shoots of games, facilities, and events.
• Assist in running paid ads and boosting campaigns.
• Track and report social media performance metrics.
• Promotions & Campaign Execution
• Assist in conceptualizing monthly marketing campaigns (e.g., summer leagues, beginner clinics, corporate tournaments).
• Implement promos to increase court bookings during off-peak hours.
• Coordinate with operations for promo mechanics and proper execution.
• Ensure marketing materials (posters, tarps, digital creatives) are displayed properly in the facility.
• Events & Tournament Support
• Assist in organizing basketball leagues, golf events, padel tournaments, and pickleball competitions.
• Handle event registration marketing and participant communications.
• Support sponsorship acquisition efforts and brand collaborations.
• Be present during major events for marketing documentation and activation.
• Partnerships & Community Engagement
• Identify potential partnerships (schools, corporations, sports clubs, influencers).
• Assist in corporate tie-ups for team-building activities and private bookings.
• Coordinate grassroots marketing efforts in nearby communities.
• Help grow sports communities around basketball, golf, padel, and pickleball.
• Sales Support & Lead Generation
• Generate marketing leads for memberships and group bookings.
• Respond to inquiries and assist with basic sales follow-ups.
• Work closely with front desk and operations team to convert inquiries into bookings.
• Help achieve monthly booking and revenue targets.
• Market Research & Reporting
• Monitor competitors promotions and pricing strategies.
• Gather customer feedback and recommend improvements.
• Prepare monthly marketing performance reports.
• Analyze campaign ROI and booking conversion rates.
• Branding & Collateral Management
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
• Assist in creating brochures, rate cards, membership kits, and event banners.
• Maintain updated facility photos and promotional materials.

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 13 years experience in marketing (sports, events, or hospitality preferred).
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing and basic graphic tools (Canva, etc.).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, creative, and proactive.
• Willing to work weekends during tournaments/events.
