Description
  • Manage incidents from L1, perform root cause analysis, resolve P1 issues, and escalate to L3 when needed.
  • Investigate and document problems, implement corrective/preventive actions, and support change requests.
  • Communicate directly with end users and collaborate with Domain Leads and internal teams.
  • Maintain reports, monitoring logs, and ensure compliance with organizational standards (e.g., CMMI).
  • Support knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and assist in project handovers and team collaboration.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in IT/Computer Engineering or related field, with at least 1 year of L2 Application Support experience (Incident, Problem & Change Management).
  • Advanced SQL and Excel skills; basic XML and web debugging knowledge; experience with ticketing systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good understanding of business processes and IT platforms.
  • Customer-oriented, fluent in English, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to work mid-shift (2pm11pm / 3pm12am), extended hours, and occasional travel if required.
