Process: Voice / Non-Voice (as per availability)


Job Responsibilities:

Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations & rescheduling

Handle travel-related inquiries via call/chat/email

Provide excellent customer service experience


Qualifications:

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate

Good communication skills

 High School Graduate with 1 year Sales Experience (BPO/Non BPO)

Willing to work in shifting schedules
