Business Development Associates, Muntinlupa

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target industries.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support growth strategies.
• Represent the firm at industry events, seminars, and networking functions.
• Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations to prospective clients.

• Provide regular reports on business development activities and pipeline status.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 23 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations (preferably in professional services) is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Knowledge of audit, accounting, and tax services is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools preferred.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and professional with high ethical standards.
