Corporate Travel GDS Specialist (WNS)

As a Corporate Travel GDS Specialist (or similar title), youll support corporate traveler needs by managing travel bookings and servicing itineraries using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo. Youll deliver high-quality travel arrangements and exceptional customer support while ensuring compliance with travel policies and client requirements.

Travel Bookings & GDS Operations

• Create, update, and manage travel reservations (flights, hotels, car rentals) via GDS commands.
• Issue and manage ticket transactions including exchanges, refunds, and cancellations.
• Process travel requests received through phone, email, or internal systems.

Customer Service & Support

• Provide professional customer service to corporate travelers.
• Address inquiries, solve itinerary issues, and handle traveler requests with accuracy and empathy.
• Escalate complex problems to supervisory or support teams when needed.

Compliance & Policy Enforcement

• Ensure adherence to client travel policies, industry standards, and company procedures during all transactions.
• Keep travel documentation accurate and complete.

Documentation & Communication

• Maintain clear, timely email responses and documentation for travel changes and confirmations.
• Provide updates on travel itinerary changes to travelers and internal stakeholders.

Process & Quality

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines in daily tasks.
• Support process improvements by highlighting trends or recurring travel issues.

• Experience using one or more GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, etc.) often preferred 12+ years. / 2 years of Corporate Traveller OR 2 yrs GDS Sabre experience
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, shifting schedule environment.
• Travel industry knowledge (fare rules, ticketing processes) is a plus.
