Sales Support Officer, Muntinlupa

The Sales Support Officer supports overall sales operations by engaging potential clients, facilitating initial discussions, and coordinating closely with Sales and Project teams. The role emphasizes lead engagement, relationship building, and sales support activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate contact and engage prospective clients through various channels
• Present company offerings and gather relevant client information
• Conduct basic needs assessment and lead qualification
• Coordinate meetings or demos with Sales team
• Ensure lead data and activities are accurately tracked
• Collaborate with the sales team on follow-ups and next steps
• Participate in client-related and sales support activities as required

• Experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable handling coordination and reporting tasks
• Experience in tech or service-based organizations is an advantage
