Sales Development Associate, Muntinlupa

The Sales Development Associate acts as the initial contact for prospective clients and plays a key role in building the companys sales pipeline. This position focuses on prospecting, lead qualification, and arranging meetings for the Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and connect with potential clients via email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Conduct introductory and qualification discussions to assess client needs
• Present the companys software offerings, value proposition, and use cases
• Arrange sales meetings or product demonstrations for internal teams
• Ensure lead information and activities are properly recorded in the CRM
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing to enhance outreach efforts
• Keep up to date with market trends and competitor developments

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline
• At least 1 year of experience in lead generation, sales support, or business development
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Working knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes
• Quick learner with interest in technology or software solutions
