Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Baker to join our production team. If you have a solid foundation in baking techniques, a sharp eye for detail, and the drive to maintain high standards of quality, we want to hear from you.

Core Responsibilities

• Dough & Batter Preparation: Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients according to established recipes.
• Oven Management: Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure consistent texture, color, and taste.
• Product Finishing: Decorate cakes, glaze pastries, and ensure all baked goods meet aesthetic standards.
• Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain industrial mixers, proofers, and ovens safely.
• Sanitation & Safety: Adhere to strict food safety protocols (HACCP) and maintain a clean workstation at all times.
• Inventory Control: Assist in tracking ingredient stock levels and reporting wastage.

• LOCATION: TAGAYTAY CITY; willing to work in Tagaytay City
• Education: Graduate of a vocational/technical course in Bread and Pastry Production or a related field.
• Certification: Must possess a TESDA NC II Certification.
• Skills: Proficiency in various mixing methods (creaming, folding, etc.).
• Basic math skills for recipe scaling and unit conversions.
• Physical stamina to stand for long shifts and lift heavy flour sacks (up to 25kg).
• Mindset: Punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment (including early morning shifts).
