Description

Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
Document incidents and requests in the service management system.
Assist in onboarding and training new employees on IT processes.
Monitor and maintain IT service management tools.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in IT support or service desk environment.
Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge of IT systems.
Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
