About the Client: 

This role supports a UK-based legal and operations team handling client cases that require timely collection and verification of legal documents. The client operates in a regulated environment and places a strong emphasis on customer experience, accuracy, and case progression. 


What Youll Do 

  • Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for UK-based stakeholders, facilitating regular check-ins and business reviews. 
  • Service Level Excellence: Monitor and ensure all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met or exceeded. 
  • Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex UK requirements into actionable tasks for the local team and provide high-level reporting back to the UK. 
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify potential friction points in the service delivery and implement strategic solutions to maintain partner satisfaction. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Evaluate existing service workflows and suggest enhancements to increase value for the partner. 
  • Onboarding & Integration: Facilitate the smooth integration of new projects or service requirements from the partner into the local offshore team. 


What Were Looking For 

  • Experience: Minimum of 35 years in Partner Services, Client Relationship Management, or Account Management. 
  • Communication: Elite verbal and written English skills. You must be comfortable presenting to and negotiating with UK business leaders. 
  • Critical Thinking: The ability to handle complex escalations and make decisions that protect both the partner and the company. 
  • Professionalism: A high degree of emotional intelligence and the ability to work independently during UK business hours. 
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
