About the Role:

The Digital Graphics Specialist is responsible for creating high-quality visual assets that strengthen the organizations brand identity across digital and print platforms. This role supports the execution of brand and marketing initiatives by translating concepts, campaigns, and business objectives into engaging, customer-focused visual designs.

Working closely with Marketing, Product, Partnerships, and other cross-functional teams, the Digital Graphics Specialist ensures all creative outputs are visually compelling, consistent, and aligned with established brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Execution

• Design and produce multi-format creative assets, including but not limited to:
• Digital advertisements, social media content, and website visuals
• Print materials such as brochures, posters, event collaterals, and OOH
• Presentations and pitch decks
• Campaign key visuals and reusable brand assets
• Event and experiential branding materials
• Apply strong visual storytelling principles through typography, color, layout, and composition.
• Execute campaign-level creative concepts adaptable across multiple channels.

Brand Consistency & Quality Control

• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and visual standards.
• Maintain consistency, clarity, and quality across outputs.
• Support implementation and refinement of brand assets.

Collaboration & Concept Development

• Translate marketing briefs and product positioning into effective visuals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Growth, Product, and other stakeholders.
• Balance creativity with performance and commercial objectives.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.

Technical & Production Support

• Prepare final artwork for digital and print production.
• Coordinate with vendors, printers, agencies, or freelancers as needed.

Qualifications

Core Qualifications & Skills

Design & Technical Expertise

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Working knowledge of motion or video tools (After Effects / Premiere Pro) is an advantage
• Strong understanding of digital-first design across social, marketing, web, and mobile
• Solid knowledge of print production processes

AI & Creative Tools

• Proficient in AI-powered creative tools, including:
• AI-assisted image generation and compositing
• AI tools for concept development and visual exploration
• AI-assisted layout and creative optimization
• Ability to integrate AI tools responsibly while maintaining brand integrity

Experience & Background

• At least 35 years of experience in digital design / visual communications
• Experience supporting brand campaigns and multi-channel production
• Portfolio demonstrating digital, print, campaign, and branding work
• Experience in regulated or service industries is an advantage
