Position Overview

The Accounting Assistant is responsible for delivering reliable accounting and tax compliance services to multiple clients.

Core Responsibilities

• Independently handle client accounting and tax requirements
• Prepare and review financial statements
• Ensure timely BIR tax filings and compliance submissions
• Maintain organized accounting and tax records
• Coordinate directly with clients regarding financial matters
• Support audits and compliance checks

Qualifications

• At least 2 years hands-on experience in bookkeeping, tax preparation, BIR compliance, and AFS preparation in an accounting firm or consultancy
• Proven experience managing client accounts independently
• Accounting-related degree
• Willing to work onsite in Alabang
• Detail-oriented and client-focused
