JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree Holder
• At least 5 years minimum BPO experience in customer service
• At least 5 years minimum handling a team for customer service accounts
• Amenable to work in shifting schedules
• Amenable to work onsite

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Improve processes by identifying inefficiencies, simplifying workflows, and standardizing procedures.
• Support the use of technology and new tools such as automation, AI, and analytics to improve service delivery.
• Provide coaching, training, and skill development programs for agents and team leaders.
• Track performance metrics, ensure policy compliance, and drive continuous service improvement.
• Review customer feedback, implement improvements, and promote a customer-focused culture.
