Working Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team, specializing in IT and cloud solutions. This role involves building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and offering the best IT solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage sales leads for IT and cloud services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Conduct product presentations and consultations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate and close deals effectively.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM tools.
• Stay updated on IT and cloud computing trends to provide solutions tailored to client needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 1 year of sales experience; IT or cloud services sales experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Basic knowledge of cloud computing and IT solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS preferred).
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) are a plus.
