Salary Package: 18,000 - 27,000


Description
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Assist customers in understanding product features and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.


Requirements
  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience Level: 02 years
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English Language, strong Problem Solving abilities, effective Customer Service skills, organizational capability, excellent People Skills, familiarity with Call Centre operations, and basic Technical Skills
  • Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Working Conditions: May require working in shifts including evenings and weekends
