Position Title: Barista

Position Summary

The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages while delivering excellent customer service. This role ensures that every guest receives a warm, friendly, and memorable experience that reflects Magnolia Bakerys standards of quality and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other beverages according to company standards
• Greet customers courteously and take orders accurately
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and POS systems properly
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of beverages
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar, equipment, and work area
• Handle cash and non-cash transactions accurately, when assigned
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times
• Assist in restocking supplies and monitoring inventory levels
• Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
• Support opening and closing duties as required

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent
• With or without experience as a Barista (training will be provided)
• Knowledge of coffee preparation is an advantage
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and passion for food and beverage service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
