Cost Engineer, Muntinlupa

Fastrack Multi-Purpose Cooperative is currently seeking qualified and detail-oriented Cost Engineers (Civil, Structural, and Architectural) to join our growing project team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong analytical skills, technical competence, and hands-on experience in cost estimation and quantity take-offs for construction projects.

Project Sites: Alabang, Taytay, Cainta, Taguig, San Mateo, Calamba

Work Schedule: 7AM to 4PM - Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and bill of quantities (BOQs) for Civil, Structural, and Architectural works
• Analyze plans, drawings, specifications, and other contract documents
• Assist in budget preparation, cost monitoring, and variance analysis during project execution
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams regarding material quantities and pricing
• Update and maintain cost databases, reports, and documentation
• Support cost control and value engineering initiatives to ensure project efficiency

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in cost engineering or quantity surveying
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Proficient in PlanSwift for quantity take-offs
• Solid background in Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and technical plans accurately
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of meeting deadlines
• Willingness to be assigned to various project sites as needed
