About the Role

The Creatives Lead will be responsible for shaping, executing, and safeguarding the brands visual and creative identity across all touchpoints. This role leads the end-to-end creative processfrom concept to executionensuring every material reflects the brands promise, quality standards, and customer-first approach. The ideal candidate will be able to manage and elevate the brand through high-quality, impactful visuals and creative assets, working closely with various teams including Marketing, Product, and Leadership to translate business goals into compelling visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Creative & Design Expertise

• Develop multi-format brand materials, including digital ads, social media content, print materials (brochures, posters, event collaterals), presentations, pitch decks, and more.
• Create compelling campaign visuals and brand assets that align with brand guidelines
• Lead the conceptualization and execution of event and experiential branding.
• Ensure high-quality visual design across all assets, with a strong command of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.

Brand Leadership

• Uphold and evolve the brands identity and governance across all channels.
• Translate brand strategy into consistent and high-quality creative outputs.
• Maintain brand guidelines and oversee their application across teams and creative materials.
• Ensure consistency, polish, and clarity in all creative outputs.

Strategic & Conceptual Thinking

• Interpret business objectives, marketing briefs, and product positioning into strong creative concepts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Growth, Product, and Leadership to ensure creative concepts align with business goals.
• Balance creativity with performance goals, ensuring that creative work also meets commercial and marketing targets.
• Adapt and maintain creative excellence in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Leadership & Team Management

• Manage workflows, timelines, and creative priorities across multiple projects.
• Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, production partners, and vendors to bring creative ideas to life.
• Provide clear creative direction, feedback, and approvals to ensure the highest quality standards.

Technical Skills & Tools

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Working knowledge of motion, video, and animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Strong understanding of digital-first design principles, specifically for social media, performance marketing, web, and mobile platforms.
• Experience with print production processes, file preparation, and vendor coordination.
• Proficiency with AI-powered creative tools, including:
• AI-assisted image generation, enhancement, and compositing.
• AI tools for rapid concept development, mood boards, and visual exploration.
• AI-assisted copy, layout, and variant generation for campaign optimization.
• Ability to strategically integrate AI into the creative process while maintaining authenticity, brand integrity, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in creative design, branding, or visual communications.
• Previous experience as a Senior Designer, Art Director, or Creative Lead preferred.
• Portfolio demonstrating versatility across digital, print, campaigns, and branding.
• Experience in regulated or service-oriented industries (insurance, finance, healthcare, tech) is a plus.

Skills & Expertise

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Working knowledge of motion design tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Deep understanding of visual storytelling, typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
• Strong understanding of digital-first design principles across platforms.
