Sales Coordinator, Muntinlupa

The Sales Coordinator supports Technical Sales Engineers by managing sales operations, coordinating technical documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, sales engineers, and internal teams. This role is essential for maintaining efficient sales processes, accurate reporting, and timely delivery of technical and commercial information.

• Support Technical Sales Engineers throughout the sales cycle, from lead qualification to order fulfillment
• Coordinate meetings, product demonstrations, and customer presentations
• Prepare and track sales quotations, proposals, and contracts
• Assist in preparing technical documents such as datasheets, specifications, and compliance documents
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and quality teams to gather technical information
• Ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated to internal teams
• Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to pricing, documentation, and order status
• Follow up with customers and internal teams to ensure deadlines are met
• Support customer on-boarding and post-sale coordination
• Proven ability to create professional proposals and quotations

• Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in sales coordination, technical sales support, or a related role preferred
• Ability to drive with valid drivers license is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts clearly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Prepare, review, and manage sales proposals, quotations, and tender documents in coordination with Technical Sales Engineers
• Experience in sales coordination, proposal management, or technical sales support is a plus.
