Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for policyholders, addressing inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Explain insurance products, coverage options, policy terms, and conditions clearly and accurately
  • Assist customers with policy applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
  • Process insurance claims, provide status updates, and guide clients through the claims process


Qualification:

  • At least 1 year experience for customer service, recommended to have insurance background particularly life and retirement.
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3x onsite, 2x WFH)
  • Work Location- Alabang or Muntinlupa
