Call Center Agent, Muntinlupa

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage patient communication through phone and email, including appointment confirmations
• Coordinate referrals, pre-authorizations, and follow-up activities
• Maintain and update patient records while ensuring HIPAA compliance
• Prepare, generate, and distribute medical reports

• Accepting applicants who are high school graduates, college undergraduates, or degree holders
• No prior experience required, though related experience is a plus
• Must possess strong communication skills
• Onsite position based in McKinley, Taguig
