Design Estimator, Muntinlupa

The design estimator is responsible for preparing accurate, timely, and detailed cost estimates for Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) projects. This includes reviewing customer requirements, interpreting pre-bid drawings, performing material take-offs, and coordinating with the sales and engineering teams to deliver competitive quotations.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret architectural, structural and customers drawings

Prepare cost estimates based on company standards

Encode project details into the estimating software accurately

Coordinate with manager and sales team for clarifications

Ensure accuracy and follow estimating guidelines

Support deadlines and bid jobs

Qualifications:

BS Civil Engineering graduate or any related engineering course

PEMB estimating experience is an advantage but not required

Ability to interpret drawings and understand basic structural concepts

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Problem-solving mindset
