A Japanese-owned manufacturing company established nearly 26 years ago. It operates as a subsidiary of a multinational group and specializes in producing cooling fans, amplifiers, and other products under well-recognized global brands.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in payroll or a similar HR job (usually 1-3 years).
• With at least 13 years of experience in payroll processing.
• Amenable to attend interview
• Amenable work on site in SUBIC.
• Can start as soon as possible

Responsibilities:

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee information in payroll systems, covering personal details, salary adjustments, leaves, and deductions.
• Review and validate employee timecards or attendance records to guarantee correct payroll calculations.
• Respond to and resolve employee inquiries regarding pay discrepancies, deductions, benefits, and other payroll-related matters.
• Safeguard the confidentiality of payroll information in compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.
• Utilize HR and payroll software to maintain system accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary updates.
