Position: Customer Service Representative (Open for Undergraduate)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Open for undergraduates
• With at least 1-3 year of experience in Customer Service in a BPO Company
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
• Willing to work fully onsite in Clark, Pampanga
• Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and effective resolution to issues.
• Conduct follow-up communications to ensure all concerns are fully addressed and customer satisfaction is achieved.
• Generate and analyze reports to identify recurring issues, trends, and opportunities for improving service quality.
• Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date customer records across all relevant systems.
• Perform additional duties and support various tasks as assigned to enhance team performance and overall service delivery.
