JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree holder
• Open for Fresh Graduates, Undergraduates, and Senior Highschool graduate
• With 6 months - 1 year of experience in Customer Service is an advantage.
• Amenable to attend interviews

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services with accuracy, courtesy, and professionalism.
• Process customer transactions and orders efficiently, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
• Manage, update, and maintain customer data and information records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Troubleshoot customer concerns and issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor to support overall team operations.
