Healthcare Customer Service Representative - CSR, Muntinlupa

• Manage patient communications, including calls, emails, and appointment confirmations
• Support referral processing, pre-authorization requests, and follow-up activities
• Maintain and update patient records while ensuring HIPAA compliance
• Prepare, produce, and distribute medical reports

Qualifications:

• Open to high school graduates, college undergraduates, and college graduates
• Experience is not required, though background in a healthcare account is an advantage
