About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Product Owner to lead industrial automation projects. The ideal candidate will own the product roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of automation solutions across sectors like manufacturing, power, and utilities. This role requires technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation in automation systems.

Key Responsibilities

Own and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for assigned automation platforms.

Define product strategies based on market research, competitor analysis, and technical capabilities.

Translate high-level business goals into detailed technical requirements, user stories, and specifications.

Collaborate with hardware, software, and systems integration teams to ensure feasibility and timely delivery.

Oversee product lifecycle from concept to implementation and post-launch optimization.

Monitor product performance and prioritize continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, automation best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Industrial, or related field).

56 years of relevant engineering experience, including 34 years in project management or lead roles.

Experience implementing industrial automation projects and process optimization.

Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.

Proficiency in Figma and ClickUp preferred.

Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when needed.
