Jr. Architect, Muntinlupa

The junior architect will be in charge of organizing and creating structures while keeping the project's requirements in mind.

REPORTS TO

Jr. Architect will directly report to CEO of the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Create detailed plans for the construction project.
• Present plans and drawings for approval.
• Gather the necessary construction reports, specifications, and designs.
• Current understanding of building and construction codes
• Filing documents such as e-files, hard copies, transmittals, and drawing registers.
• Willing to work on full time on-site.
• Willing to Travel
• Provide support for other assigned tasks or duties by the Operations Manager.
• Can start Asap
• Ensure accurate recording and reporting of site information.
• Conduct site visits to check the status of projects and make sure contractors are following design plans

Skills

• Must have excellent people skills

• Knowledge of the methods and techniques of CAD design
• Basic computer skills 
• Professionalism skills
• Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills.

Educationa background

Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field.

Work Environment

Office setting with occasional site visits. Some travel may be required for meetings or site

inspections.
