Courier, Muntinlupa

The Courier is responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate delivery and collection of documents, parcels, and packages between clients, offices, and business partners. This role ensures efficient route planning, proper handling of items, and compliance with company policies while maintaining a professional and courteous attitude at all times.

• Pick up and deliver documents, parcels, and packages to various clients and company locations as scheduled
• Ensure items are handled carefully and delivered in good condition and on time
• Secure delivery receipts, acknowledgment copies, and other related documents
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries
• Maintain accurate delivery and collection records for submission to the immediate supervisor
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and office staff regarding delivery updates or issues
• Comply with traffic laws, safety standards, and company policies at all times
• Assist in other office or field-related tasks when necessary

• High school graduate or college level
• With at least 12 years of work experience as a courier, messenger, or delivery rider (experience in logistics or forwarding industry is an advantage)
• Familiar with Metro Manila routes and nearby areas
• Good communication and time management skills
• Trustworthy, punctual, and responsible

• Honest, dependable, and customer-oriented
• Physically fit and able to work under minimal supervision
• Courteous and professional in dealing with clients and co-workers
• Organized, hardworking, and flexible with work schedules
• Maintains a neat appearance and represents the company positively
