Open for Dayshift & Midshift Schedule & Shifting Schedule (Depends on the account you will be profile with)

Requirements:

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / Senior High School Graduate or Higher with Diploma
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply! / With or without BPO experience / Sales experience (from any industry) is a plus!
• With Good Communications Skills
• Amenable to work onsite in Alabang Site

Salary Package:

• Monthly Basic Salary: Up to 25,500
• Rice Allowance: 2,000
• Complexity Allowance: 5,000 or 2,500 (Depends on the account)
• Total Package: Up to 29,500

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service
• Promote telco products and services
• Assist customers with account concerns and billing inquiries
• Meet or exceed performance targets
