QA Tester, Muntinlupa

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Tester to join our growing development team. The QA Tester will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet high standards of quality and reliability before release. This role involves designing and executing test cases, identifying bugs, and working closely with developers and project managers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Develop, document, and execute detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Conduct manual and/or automated testing on web, mobile, and software applications.
• Identify, record, and track bugs using tools such as Jira, Trello, or ClickUp.
• Perform regression testing and validate bug fixes.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliverables.
• Ensure that testing activities are aligned with project timelines and release schedules.
• Provide clear documentation and reporting of test results and quality metrics.
• Participate in review meetings to provide feedback on product design, functionality, and performance.
• Suggest improvements to the development process and contribute to QA best practices.
