We are now looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent support while upholding compliance and responsible service standards.


What Youll Do Customer Support
  • Assist users with account concerns such as login issues, password resets, and profile updates
  • Guide customers in navigating the platform, features, and interactive options


Transaction Management
  • Support deposit and withdrawal processes, including payment methods and timelines
  • Assist users with identity verification (KYC) requirements for account activation and withdrawals


Dispute Resolution
  • Handle customer complaints related to platform outcomes, payments, or service concerns
  • Escalate complex or high-risk cases (fraud, large payouts, compliance issues) to supervisors or Compliance teams


Responsible Support
  • Promote responsible use tools such as deposit limits and self-exclusion options
  • Identify and respond to signs of problematic usage following company protocols


Regulatory Compliance
  • Ensure all interactions follow AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) guidelines
  • Report suspicious activity and maintain adherence to regulatory requirements


Product Knowledge
  • Stay updated on platform features, promotions, bonuses, and interactive offerings
  • Clearly explain updates and help users maximize available features responsibly


Technical Support
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues such as loading errors, deposit failures, or app concerns
  • Collaborate with IT teams for advanced technical resolutions


Feedback & Improvement
  • Gather customer feedback and report insights for service and product improvement
  • Document recurring issues to help enhance user experience and system performance


What Were Looking For
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism
  • Detail-oriented mindset with compliance awareness
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment
  • Experience in customer support, fintech, or gaming platforms is a plus (not required)
