Position: Customer Service Representative

Company Industry: IT Company

Work Location: BGC Taguig

Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule

Salary: Php18,000-Php25,000 Gross

Work Set Up: Work on site


Requirements:

  • At least 1 year completed in college with 2.5 years of BPO experience OR;
  • College graduates with 6 months BPO experience
  • Must be amenable to work full-time onsite in any Manila locations (Cubao, Mandaluyong, Taguig)
  • Can attend interview
  • Can start as soon as possible


Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chat inquiries from customers in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Record and update customer information, transactions, and feedback in the system.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer concerns are addressed properly.
