Supervisor Sales - Muntinlupa

Location: Muntinlupa Sales Office (Field work within assigned territories)

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, no fixed schedule; may start as early as 4:30 AM

As a Sales Supervisor, you will lead, manage, and coach Sales Assistants and Field Commercial Executives within your assigned territory to meet business objectives. You will oversee volume targets, accounts receivable, price management, coverage strategies, distribution, and visibility of the PMFTC portfolio. You will also monitor sales activities, stock inventory reconciliation, daily collections and remittances, outstanding accounts receivable, revolving funds, and fleet maintenance.

• Lead and coach sales team members to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
• Oversee price management and implementation of coverage and distribution strategies.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and reconcile stock as necessary.
• Ensure efficient collection and remittance processes.
• Manage revolving funds and coordinate fleet maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with team members and support functions to optimize sales operations.

• Valid drivers license for at least one year; able to drive manual transmission vehicles.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of supervisory experience with a strong background in field sales.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
• Proven track record of successful sales and marketing projects or initiatives.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Exceptional communication and people management abilities.
