Description

Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from prospective customers.
Assist customers with travel packages, flights, accommodations, and other travel-related services.
Provide detailed information on destinations, pricing, itineraries, and travel policies.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable travel options.
Process bookings, modifications, and cancellations as required.

Job Requirements:

Graduate of BS Tourism, Hospitality or any related courses.
With at least 2 years experience in sales gained in travel industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Sales-driven mindset with a passion for travel.
Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
Residents of Alabang, Las Pinas, Paranaque or nearby provinces or willing to relocate.
Can start ASAP.
