Project In Charge - Mechanical Engineer, Muntinlupa

• Acts as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople and operatives
• Sets out, level and survey the site
• Checks plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
• Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.
• Gathering data, compiling reports, and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.
• Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.
• Supervising workers (admin and subcontractors), monitoring and checking of activity, oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering; Licensed Engineer
• At least 2 years experience in Cost Engineering, Planning, Scheduling, estimating and other areas of the project.
• At least 2-3 years experience in the field area
• Willing to be relocated anytime to monitor other areas and sites.
• Office hours Monday to Saturday 8:am to 5:00 pm
