Sales Executive, Muntinlupa

Description

Prospect new clients through outbound calls, emails, field visits, and online platforms.
Conduct lead qualification and needs assessment to identify business opportunities.
Schedule meetings, present product offerings, and close initial sales.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurately report progress using CRM and digital tools.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and trade teams to support campaigns and lead generation.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 14+ years in business development, sales, or account management across FMCG, retail chains, airline catering, meat/seafood trading, or wet market/piso trading.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Knowledge of food safety, regulatory requirements, merchandising, category management, and inventory systems depending on sector.
Comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, and tech-enabled sales platforms.
Extensive local market knowledge and established supplier or client relationships preferred.
