Position: Customer Service Agent - NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED

Salary: Php 20,000-30,000

• In charge for handling customer calls and inquiries regarding with product and services of company.
• Responsible for proper documentation of inquires
• Realtime response to customer inquiries via email or other channel
• Remain professional and positive while engaging with customer
• Build a good relationship with customers or clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business management or any course.
• Open for undergraduates
• With at least 1 year customer service or BPO experience
• Without experience are welcome
• Can start ASAP
• Willing to work onsite
