- Sourcing Candidates
- Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates. Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
- Collaboration with Departments: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of the roles.

- Data Management and Reporting
