Sourcing Candidates
Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates. Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
Collaboration with Departments: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of the roles.
Candidate Management: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback. This includes negotiating job offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Data Management and Reporting

A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is often preferred.
Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is highly desirable, with a proven track record of successful hires.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, and the ability to assess candidates effectively are essential.
