Sales Staff is responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and supporting store sales goals while maintaining excellent service and a welcoming shopping environment.


  • Provide excellent customer service to AAP members and other individuals by answering inquiries, processing orders, and handling complaints.
  • Maintain relationships with current customers by providing product information and promotional offers.
  • Adhere to and meet set schedules, deadlines, and quotas.
  • Accurately and efficiently encode all data, ensuring alignment with original documentation or requirements.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as greeting clients, answering phones, and scheduling appointments.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform other office tasks as assigned by the AAP Main Membership Manager.


  • Graduate of any Bachelors Degree (4-year course).
  • With sales or marketing background.
  • Computer literate.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Can work with minimal supervision.
  • Pleasing personality, positive outlook, and a team player.
