Baker/Barista, Muntinlupa

We are looking for a passionate and reliable Baker/Barista to join our team! The ideal candidate has a love for coffee, baking, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Baking Duties:

• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, breads, and other baked items
• Follow recipes accurately and ensure consistent product quality
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen
• Monitor inventory and ensure ingredients are properly stored
• Assist in product development and seasonal offerings

Barista Duties:

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages
• Ensure consistent quality in drink preparation
• Operate coffee equipment and maintain cleanliness
• Provide friendly, fast, and attentive service

• With at least 1 year of experience in baking, barista work, or related field
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and coffee preparation
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
