Sales Supervisor, Muntinlupa

Perform cold calls, lead generation, prospecting, and pitching to close sales and meet monthly targets.

Understand client challenges and provide tailored solutions that deliver value and profitability.

Prepare solution proposals and quotations aligned with customer needs.

Manage order intake and oversee system deployment at client sites.

Deliver excellent customer support to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities.

Foster a positive and collaborative team environment and customer rapport.

Support marketing events such as seminars and trade shows.

Continuously learn and stay updated on the latest consumables, software, and hardware solutions.

Follow up on payments and ensure timely collection from customers.

Bachelors/College Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

At least 3 years of proven sales experience.

Strong communication skills across various organizational levels.

Knowledge of sales processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.

Experience in the AIDC (Automatic Identification and Data Capture) industry or similar fields such as system integrator or packaging is an advantage.
