Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, job requirements, and company culture.

Source potential candidates through online channels, networking, referrals, and other creative methods.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process and providing exceptional candidate experience.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, managing scheduling and communication.

Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.

Provide regular updates to clients on recruitment progress, candidate pipelines, and market insights.

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment process and team efficiency.

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

1-2 years of experience as a recruiter in a headhunting firm or executive search agency our outsourcing.

Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.

Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Can report Mid Shifts (2 pm to 11 pm and 3 pm to 12 am)

Proficiency in using recruitment software and online platforms for sourcing and tracking candidates.
