Sales Assistant, Muntinlupa

Ensure achievement of monthly/annual Sales targets.

A. Managing Consignment and Outright Accounts

 Provide excellent sales service through performing product demos, assessing customer needs, and providing assistance and information on product features. 

 Process sales orders. Analyze stock levels for sales forecasting.

 Informing customers of deals and promotions.

 Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options. 

 Conduct Store visits to have insights on compliance of store display, pricing and determine product performance. Establish strong business relationships with existing dealers.  

 Handles and resolves all Customer Complaints timely and efficiently.

 Maintains updated Customer Database.  

 Coordinate with the Warehouse and Logistic Department relative to product concerns and delivery schedule and instructions.

Ensure attainment of satisfactory Customer Service Rating.
