Business Analysis (BA) Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering: Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to collect business and functional requirements.
• Documentation: Create and maintain documentation such as Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FS), and User Stories.
• Process Modeling: Develop process flow diagrams and business models using tools like BPMN, Lucidchart, or Visio.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business users, developers, and testers to ensure alignment.
• Acceptance Criteria: Define clear, testable acceptance criteria for all user stories and requirements.
• Change Management: Evaluate and communicate the impact of requirement changes on scope, timeline, and resources.

Quality Assurance (QA) Responsibilities:

• Test Planning: Create test plans and strategies based on business requirements and user stories.
• Test Case Development: Develop and maintain manual test cases and, where applicable, automated test scripts.
• Test Execution: Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Bug Reporting: Log, track, and retest defects using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or TestRail.
• Quality Metrics: Provide test reports and quality metrics to stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement: Recommend improvements to QA processes and testing tools.
