The Store Supervisor will pay a key role in ensuring our store's smooth and efficient operation. Its mainly responsible for overseeing day to day store activities, leading a team is sales personnel, and actively contributing to our sales and customer service goals. The Store Supervisor should be an individual with bag and luggage sales experience who can lead by example and drive the success of the our store.
Operation of Stores/Outlets
1. Utilize your sales expertise to assist customers in finding the perfect products.
2. Set sales targets for the team and work together to achieve and exceed them.
3. Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service and promoting a positive shopping experience.
4. Train, and supervise a team of sales personnel.
5. Schedule and assign task to ensure efficient store operation.
6. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to help them reach their full potential.
7. Monitor and manager inventory levels to ensure product availability.
8. Conduct regular inventory checks and coordinate restocking as needed.
9. Assist with inventory ordering and receiving processes.
10. Maintain an attractive and organized store layout.
11. Collaborate with the team to create eye-catching displays and promotional set-ups.
12. Build and maintain strong customer relationship.
13. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
14. Gather customer feedback and make recommendations for improvements.
15. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and safety standards.
16. Monitor and report on store performance metrics.
17. Handle cash register operations and reconcile daily sales transactions.
- Candidate much a Bachelor's/Degree, Business Administration or any related course.
- Willing to work in Saturday or Sunday or even Holiday / Store Operations.
- At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Has a strong communication and organizational skills background
- Previous experience in supervisory or teal leadership is preferred.
- Proficiency in point of sales(POS) system and basic computer skills.
- Physical ability to stand, lift and mover merchandise as needed.
- Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising techniques.
- Familiarity with bags and luggage brand and products features.
